Job Overview:
This role involves guiding and overseeing community services, infrastructure, and engagement. The manager is responsible for leading community communications, public requests, sporting and cultural groups, as well as planning and delivering community facilities.
The ideal candidate will drive sustainable growth, support local clubs and associations, preserve cultural assets, and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and project management
- Leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Financial and resource management
Requirements:
- Queensland C Class Driver's Licence
- Leadership experience in community communications and engagement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A passion for community engagement and public service
