About Our Client

We are recruiting an experienced Commercial Analyst to partner with sales, marketing, and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial controls are in place for the category.

The purpose of this role is to develop and drive revenue recognition processes in accordance with accounting policies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business to develop and drive revenue recognition process in accordance with accounting policies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive sales financial control processes across multiple product categories.
  • Drive trade spend analysis and balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with global financial controls.
  • Develop and improve financial models to produce insightful analysis.
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

About You
You should be CA/C PA qualified with 2+ years experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail industry. An audit background developed through a big-4/mid-tier firm would be ideal. You should have effective business partnering skills with the ability to drive influence, a commercial mindset with eagerness to learn and develop.
