A key role for someone with commercial experience, ideally within the insurance industry.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating complex financial data into clear commercial narratives.
  • Lead the development of budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Partner with stakeholders on pricing, product development, and operational initiatives.
  • Manage and develop direct reports.
  • Support strategic planning and board-level reporting.

Requirements include:

The Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of commercial experience.
  • Prior experience in an FP&A or business partner role.
  • CA/CPA qualification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
