Lead Educator and Centre Manager

Are you a passionate and dedicated individual with a wealth of knowledge and experience working within Early Childhood? Prospero Teaching is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a team of educators and connect deeply with families in a brand new Early Childhood centre.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor in Early Childhood Teaching or Diploma qualified, strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality standards, and first aid/CPR/Asthma and Anaphylaxis training. A minimum of 1 year's experience in a leadership role and a current Working with Children Check are also required.
As Centre Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the centre and guiding a team of educators. You will be responsible for ensuring the centre meets the highest standards of quality and safety, and for building strong relationships with families and the local community.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of educators and supporting their professional development
- Developing and implementing centre policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Building and maintaining relationships with families and the local community
