About the Position- Lead technical delivery of bridge and transport structure projects, applying standard and advanced engineering techniques.
- Develop design solutions, prepare drawings, calculations, and specifications for various structural forms.
- Perform structural planning, analysis, and design for transport infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project success.

Successful candidates must have:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in structural engineering, focusing on bridges.
- Chartered membership of Engineers Australia and registration as a Registered Professional Engineer Victoria (RPEV).
- Experience in project management, including commercial, administrative, and technical aspects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as Midas Civil, SpaceGass, Strand 7, SBD, Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and drive innovation in design and delivery.
