A leading hand role in grounds maintenance is available with a commercial landscaping organisation.

**Job Summary:**

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Leading Hand.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintenance of high-quality grounds through efficient mowing, edging, sweeping/blowing, pruning and general gardening services.
  • Maintenance and safety checks for all landscaping equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
  • Professional operation of equipment and machinery to achieve exceptional results.
  • Effective collaboration and communication within a supportive team environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in ride on mower operations.
  • Holding a valid forklift licence.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in grounds maintenance practices.
