Flavorite is undergoing a high level of growth and has an exciting opportunity for a **Ground Maintenance-Team Member** to join our Maintenance Department.

The Grounds Maintenance role is responsible for undertaking tasks related to the timely and effective maintenance of the site grounds, waste and general maintenance ensuring tasks are performed in a safe, productive, and cost-effective manner.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Effective maintenance of the farm grounds including:

- Mowing lawns
- Slashing paddocks
- Groundwork/upkeep in Blueberry fields
- Cleaning and maintaining treed area on site
- Manage farm waste disposal including:

- Empty green wheelie bins
- Ensure bulk waste bins are emptied
- General Site Cleaning
- Assist with maintenance tasks
- Assist with service and general maintenance on plant and equipment
- Assist with maintenance project tasks
- Current drivers' license
- Forklift license

**Desirable**:

- Tractor operation
- Chainsaw operation
- Telescopic handler
- Skid steer/excavator
