About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Migration Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will provide expert advice and guidance on migration matters, ensuring clients receive the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored advice on visa options, eligibility, and compliance, building trust with clients.
  • Design and execute immigration strategies for individual and corporate clients, balancing commercial and legal considerations.
  • Manage client casework and represent clients in various settings, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Prepare and lodge visa applications, handle appeals, and manage all migration work efficiently.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, prospects, and authorities, driving business growth and enhancing our reputation.
  • Stay up-to-date on migration law, policy, and industry trends, sharing insights with the team.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes of conduct and risk management practices.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff members.
  • Participate in industry initiatives to expand our services and partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A qualified RMA with current MARA registration, at least 2-3 years of experience in immigration law, preferably with hands-on experience using MM system.
  • Proven expertise across various visa subclasses and the Administrative Review Tribunal process, managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with experience supervising junior staff.
  • Solid understanding of immigration legislation.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with diverse clients from different backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with Migration Manager or similar client management systems.
