Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and develop new Instant Messaging functionalities, ensuring system performance, scalability, and reliability. This role involves implementing and managing microservices components such as service discovery, configuration management, and load balancing with Spring Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing Instant Messaging tools, Linux, microservices, distributed systems, Redis sharding, database sharding, Kafka, and MQ. They should also be able to analyze, process, and explore data using big data technologies, optimize and manage data storage and retrieval systems, ensuring efficient data handling.

Requirements
  1. Experience in developing Instant Messaging tools such as QQ, We Chat, Telegram, Whats App, or Slash.
  2. Experience in Linux, microservices, distributed systems, Redis sharding, database sharding, Kafka, and MQ.
  3. Independently designed at least one high-performance, high-throughput, high-availability backend system that has been successfully used.
  4. Experience with mainstream database storage engines, index principles, partitioning, and table schemes, with practical performance tuning cases.
