Our Opportunity
  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated New / Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team at our multi-franchise dealership located 8 minutes from the Gold Coast airport in the heart of Tweed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, overseeing stock, reporting, and data analysis to ensure effective operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, monitor and ensure long and short term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met
  • Continuously focus on stock management in line with group policy to maximise ROI
  • Mentor and coach the sales team
  • Set clear standards to ensure a superior customer experience
  • Monitor and act on business management information and other key performance indicators to optimise used vehicle performance and profit opportunities

  • Knowledge of motor dealership systems; Pentana and Dealer Socket are an advantage
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Sound knowledge of internet and selling skills to maximise internet opportunities
