Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Team Lead to manage a team of technicians and oversee vehicle repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and experience in the automotive industry.

About the Role

This is a long-term stable employment opportunity with a successful family-owned business that has been in the mobile repair industry for over 25 years. As a team lead, you will be responsible for managing 3-4 technicians, quoting repairs to vehicles, answering phone calls, ordering stock, and overseeing quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 technicians and ensure smooth workflow
  • Quoting and Scheduling: Accurately quote repairs to vehicles and schedule services
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries
  • Stock Management: Order stock and maintain inventory levels
  • Quality Control: Oversee repairs to customer vehicles and ensure high-quality workmanship

Requirements

  • Certifications: Valid driver's license
  • Experience: Experience in the automotive industry
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and basic proficiency with mobile systems for job management
