The role of a brand leader is to oversee the strategic direction, marketing execution, and team management for a premium brand in Australia. This includes leading the planning and positioning of the brand across various segments, directing a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class execution, and developing annual brand plans with significant investment budgets.

  • This opportunity will involve managing end-to-end campaign execution in collaboration with creative, media, experiential, and digital agencies. It will also require providing strong commercial insight, leveraging analytics and insights to inform decisions and optimize spend.

  • The ideal candidate will have proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. They should have strong understanding of marketing fundamentals across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential channels, as well as demonstrated commercial and financial acumen.

  • Key qualifications include 8+ years in brand strategy and category growth roles, including at least 5+ years in leadership positions. The ideal candidate will also have experience developing and executing large-scale brand plans within FMCG or premium brand environments.
