**Transport Compliance Manager Job Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Transport Compliance Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations, manage our fleet and subcontractors' KPIs and compliance. This leadership role reports directly to the Managing Director and includes oversight of Compliance, Maintenance Coordination, Scheduling, and Subcontractor Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily subcontractor management, including scheduling and compliance.
  • Coordinate with mechanics at our Midwest Depot for vehicle servicing, compliance, maintenance, and subcontractor audits.
  • Lead a team of company drivers and subcontractors, providing guidance on compliance and safety.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet compliance, daily tonnage reconciliation, and KPIs to the Managing Director in coordination with the administration team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in compliance supervision within transport or operations management in the bulk haulage industry of Western Australia.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of trucking equipment related to side-tippers and associated safety hardware and compliance systems.

This role can be performed from Geraldton or Perth, depending on the candidate's preference, with minimal on-ground presence required monthly.
