Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks and coordinate with teams to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Provide effective guidance and leadership to ensure safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Optimize resource management to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Section 26 qualification (essential).
- Australian recognized trade qualification (mobile mechanical or automotive electrical preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (NPC).
