Job Title: Centre Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee the daily operations of a leading early childhood service. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership, operational management, and educational quality of our centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effective operation and compliance of the centre with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
  • Lead and mentor a passionate team of educators to deliver a high-quality, child-led learning program guided by contemporary early childhood pedagogy.
  • Foster a warm, inclusive, and safe environment where children feel a sense of belonging and are encouraged to grow into confident and capable learners.
  • Build and sustain meaningful partnerships with families and the local community.
  • Implement strong quality assurance measures, including support for Assessment & Rating.
  • Manage enrolments, staffing, budgets, and reporting to ensure smooth operational outcomes.
  • Uphold and model the philosophy of our organisation in all aspects of your leadership.

Requirements:

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Director and hold a Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education. They should possess strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and contemporary early childhood pedagogy.
