Centre Director - Little Zak's Academy Strathfield

Little Zak's Academy is privately owned and family run. Our aim is to provide early childhood care and education in a safe, welcoming, adopting and nurturing environment.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our 58-place Strathfield service. As the Nominated Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the successful opening and day-to-day operations of the centre, helping to establish a high-quality early learning environment from day one.

As Centre Director, your responsibility and time will be spent on staff and their development and operations of the centre.

About you:

• ACECQA Approved Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education
  
• Experience with staff development & leadership, experience in a similar role advantageous
  
• Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP
  
• Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
  
• Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
  
• Current Working with Children Check
