We are seeking an experienced and inspiringDirector / Nominated Supervisorto lead our wonderful 80-place centre on the Central Gold Coast.
In this role you will inspire, motivate, and empower a dedicated team of early childhood professionals to deliver excellence every single day. About The Role
As theDirector, you will be responsible for:
overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, including administration, health and safety, compliance, and staff development, ensuring the highest standards are met.
Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements, manage staff rosters and ratios and maintain strong supervision.
Driving occupancy and exceed targets while delivering exceptional care to families.
Driving continuous improvement and quality practice in line with theNational Quality Standards (NQS).
Ensuring delivery of a high-quality educational program aligned with theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff to create a thriving and supportive community.
Fostering a culture of growth and development, empowering your team to reach their full potential.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum of2 years' experienceas a Director or Nominated Supervisor.
A proven track record of delivering results in a Centre.
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education(ACEQA approved).
Current Blue Card, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis and Child Protection Certificate.
Deep understanding of theEducation and Care Services National Law and Regulations,EYLF, NQS and CCS.
Responsible and ready with aFood Safety SupervisorCertificate.
Experience withAssessment & Ratingwould be advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to child safety, inclusive practices, and building apositive centre culture.
