About This Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share in the Hobart region.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in account management or a similar field, ideally within healthcare or related industries. If you have experience working with medical specialists and are proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized, we encourage you to apply.

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing high-value relationships with healthcare providers and clinics, identifying opportunities to expand referrals and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and procedure volumes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple clinics, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Service Expansion & Collaboration: Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality support.
  • Performance Monitoring & Engagement: Track account performance, report key metrics, and participate in meetings and networking events to strengthen presence and uncover new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Background in account management or similar roles, ideally within healthcare or related industries.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently across a defined geographic area.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized.
  • Experience using sales information management software (Salesforce is a plus).
  • A current Australian Driver's License and reliable car.
