System Implementation Lead Opportunity

Establish a high-performing system implementation team to drive the successful rollout of our Demand Planning and Financial Planning System. Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the project plan, incorporating scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and document functional and technical specifications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams and IT throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify system functionality meets business needs.
  • Implement a change management strategy to facilitate smooth adoption across teams.
  • Provide training support to end users and promote high-level system adoption post-implementation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Information Technology, or Finance.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in demand planning or project management, with a focus on system implementation.
  • Proven expertise in implementing demand planning and financial forecasting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage, train, and present to key stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving system adoption.
