About the Role
Federation University Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Clinical Psychology. As an integral member of our team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of clinical psychology courses at undergraduate and graduate levels, and contribute to the Institute's research program and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and teach units in clinical psychology, including undergraduate and postgraduate courses;
- Supervise students undertaking psychology placements within FedCare psychology Services;
- Participate in team projects and various committees as required;
- Contribute to the Institute's research program, including developing and implementing research projects;
- Provide leadership in developing, teaching, coordinating, and moderating courses at a Level C.

About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist who possesses a strong commitment to scholarship, teaching, and research. You will have a proven track record of academic and research experience, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students. You will also have a strong understanding of the principles of clinical psychology and the ability to apply them in a teaching and research context.
Requirements
- Current general registration as a psychologist, clinical endorsement and Board Approved Supervisor with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
- Commitment to scholarship and a potential for academic advancement;
- Commitment to and enthusiasm for teaching;
- Previous experience in academic administration;
- Ability to work collegially.
