The RoleThis exciting opportunity is part of our Commercial team in South Melbourne, providing administrative support across the contract lifecycle.
You will review contracts and property leasing agreements, track expiration dates, and coordinate approval processes for renewals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering contract processing, including internal and external sign-off, filing, and distribution
- Assisting in payment processing, including revenue reporting, reconciliations, and approvals
- Managing key documents, such as expiry profiles, WIP trackers, and contract registers
- Facilitating WIPs, including running agendas, highlighting outstanding jobs, and updating WIP notes
- Drafting and preparing key documents, including renewal letters, exercise of options, terminations, and licence variations
- Managing leasing and site data across various systems
- Providing key reports to internal stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Meticulous attention to detail and effective task prioritization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bring together cross-functional teams
- Intermediate MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
