About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will work collaboratively with the Supervision and EAP Practice Lead to deliver high-quality clinical supervision and training to staff across BaptistCare. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining a high standard of clinical practice within the Community Services and Housing Division.

This is a permanent part-time position, working 3 days a week with flexible arrangements and remote work options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical supervision and support to staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborate with the Supervision and EAP Practice Lead to develop and implement clinical training programs.
  • Maintain open communication channels with staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in human services (e.g., counseling).
  • Qualifications in clinical supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing clinical supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently as required.
  • Highly developed organizational skills and flexibility.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional assessment and quality assurance processes.
  • Intermediate computer literacy.
  • Demonstrated understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity.
