Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team, working closely with the Supervision and EAP Practice Lead to deliver clinical supervision, support, and training to staff across the Community Services and Housing Division. This permanent part-time role is 3 days a week, offering flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work from home.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and support to staff in the Community Services and Housing Division;
- Collaborate with the Supervision and EAP Practice Lead to develop and implement effective clinical supervision programs;
- Contribute to maintaining high clinical standards among staff;
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in human services (e.g., counseling);
- Qualifications in clinical supervision;
- Demonstrated experience in providing clinical supervision;
- A commitment to social justice outcomes;
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills;
- The ability to work collaboratively and independently as required;
- Highly developed organisational skills and flexibility to work within given timeframes;
- The ability to maintain confidentiality;
- A willingness to participate in ongoing professional assessment and quality assurance processes;
- Intermediate computer literacy;
- An understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and the ability to promote the organisation's values;
- A current Driver's license.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also receive salary packaging benefits and access to a range of family and friends benefits.
