The key requirements for this role include:

  • Proven experience as a high-level coach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Relevant Coaching Accreditation (minimum Level 1, Level 2 desirable)
  • Child Safety Mandatory Reporting certificate
  • Anaphylaxis Accreditation (as per Ministerial Order 706)
  • Level 2 First Aid and CPR

Candidates must also possess a valid Employee Working with Children Check and current Anaphylaxis Accreditation.
