Softball Coach Position

We are seeking a skilled Softball Coach to join our team for the upcoming Summer Season. The successful candidate will work with a prestigious school, located in Box Hill, to develop and lead a Senior Girls (Year 11/12) Softball team.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Softball and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes. Previous playing experience in Softball is highly regarded.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach the Senior Girls Softball team during matches
  • Develop and implement training plans to improve player skills and teamwork
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Working with Children Check
  • Previous or current playing experience in Softball
  • Strong knowledge of Softball and interpersonal skills
