Job Opportunity: Middle School Softball Program Lead

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced coach to lead our middle school softball team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and developing young athletes, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive softball program for middle school students
  • Select and train players for the team
  • Organize practices and games throughout the spring athletic season
  • Maintain accurate records of player attendance, progress, and performance

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in softball coaching, preferably at the middle school level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with students of varying skill levels and abilities

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position with variable hours during the spring athletic season. The selected candidate must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
