Wind and Battery Project Professional

Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our wind and battery project division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in leading teams and developing business strategies.

The successful applicant will be responsible for contributing to the successful delivery of challenging projects across industry sectors such as building construction, industrial, mining, resources, transport infrastructure, and environmental sectors.

This role requires a high level of organisation and time management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve project goals
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery
  • Managing project risks and opportunities to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
  • 10+ years' management experience on wind and battery construction projects
  • Project management qualifications will be advantageous
  • Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and delegate
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to resolve conflict and manage client expectations
