As a Duty Manager at the Oaks Grand Gladstone Hotel, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the Food and Beverage team to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the gaming lounge and Grand Pub team to ensure exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Organize and direct the Pub's food and beverage service to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Promote food and beverage sales and ensure conference/functions packages are costed and quoted to ensure a profit.
  • Coach and motivate members of the Food & Beverage and Gaming lounge team to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certifications.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A positive and energetic attitude to work in a dynamic team environment.
