Brand Development Specialist

The Brand Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving strategic brand growth, ensuring end-to-end annual planning and execution to key customer segments.

This position focuses on building brand awareness, consideration, and connections amongst target customers by developing and implementing long-term brand strategies and annual plans.

  • Drive brand development and implementation across multiple customer segments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver brand and business metrics
  • Develop winning propositions based on category and consumer insights to connect and convert customers
  • Champion brand values and customer objectives across the organization
  • Gain intimate knowledge of customers, identify and solve customer tensions, and craft strategies to acquire, maintain, and defend different audience segments

This is a dynamic role that requires problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
