What the day will look like:

  • End-to-end account management of an existing portfolio of Commercial clients
  • Servicing, sales, and client administration responsibilities for your portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively engage with clients around their risks and insurance policies
  • Respond to day-to-day queries from clients, including management of claims
  • Process renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing
