Job Description:

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide comprehensive support and care services to individuals in need. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a positive difference in the lives of others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, accompanying them to appointments and social events, monitoring their well-being and reporting any changes or concerns to the management team. They will also provide emotional support and companionship to clients, adhering to all relevant policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in aged or disability support is desired but not essential.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Empathy and Patience: Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
  • Relevant Qualifications: Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Support, or equivalent.
  • A Current Driver's Licence: A current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation.
  • Ability to Work Independently: The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
