Home Care Worker - A Rewarding Role in Community Service
About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver personalized care services, including general housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, and social support. You will also assist clients with daily activities, such as getting dressed, taking medications, and participating in lifestyle activities or appointments.
In addition to delivering exceptional care, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated support. This may involve communicating with healthcare professionals, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care services to elderly clients, including general housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, and social support.
- Assist clients with daily activities, such as getting dressed, taking medications, and participating in lifestyle activities or appointments.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- At least 3 months of experience in a similar professional role, preferably in aged care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
