About the RoleWe are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our team as a retail assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing outstanding service to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers by actively listening to their needs and providing personalized support.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and trends in the beauty industry, including skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Help customers understand the features and benefits of our CRM program and provide guidance on how to get the most out of it.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and share expertise with colleagues and customers.
- Participate in cross-training sessions and attend in-store beauty expert training to enhance skills and stay current.
- Contribute to a positive team dynamic by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you will need previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Availability on key trading days, including late nights and weekends, is also essential due to the high volume of customers during these times.
