Job Title: Pilbara Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to lead our Pilbara operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the reliability and availability of our mobile fleet across the region, ensuring a strong safety record.

This is a key leadership role that requires coordination and supervision of Hitachi projects, shutdowns, planned maintenance, and day-to-day activities.

You will provide exceptional customer service, handling Superintendent level requests, scheduling labour, arranging subcontractors, parts, and assisting with job package assembly.

To succeed in this role, you will need relevant Diesel or Mobile Plant Mechanic trade qualifications and prior experience in a Supervisory Role with front-line operational staff.

A working knowledge of planning and scheduling, delivering in tight time frames, is also essential.

Demonstrated background experience with Hitachi mobile equipment is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the reliability and availability of the mobile fleet across the region, while maintaining a strong safety record.
  • Coordinate and supervise the implementation of Hitachi projects, shutdowns, planned maintenance, and day-to-day activities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Diesel or Mobile Plant Mechanic trade qualifications.
  • Previous experience in a Supervisory Role with front-line operational staff, understanding labour recovery principles.
  • Working knowledge of planning and scheduling, delivering in tight time frames.
  • Demonstrated background experience with Hitachi mobile equipment is highly regarded.
