We have multiple opportunities for experienced **Site Superintendents** to join our team based in the Pilbara, WA.

**Job Overview:**
FIFO from Perth, 8:6 roster, day shift and night shift.

As the Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for the leadership and oversight of a group of machines.

You will report to the Assistant Manager and be responsible for:

- Safe and reliable operations and crews
- Maintenance excellence and housekeeping of assigned machines
- On-the-job training
- Certification compliance
- Talent and performance management for all crew members resulting in service delivery excellence.

**Requirements:**
- Mechanical or Electrical trade qualified.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (preferred)
- Extensively knowledgeable of maintenance and servicing in a rail environment.
- Experienced in leading teams, with exceptional communication and ability to coach, develop, and mentor employees to drive engagement and capability.
- Substantial knowledgeable of trackside safety standards, rules, and procedures.
- Hold a valid driver's licence, truck license also preferred.
