About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Early Intervention Program in Brisbane. As a key member of our Queensland leadership team, you will be responsible for managing teams that deliver early childhood, youth justice, and family support programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide induction and supervision to new staff, and manage staff performance
  • Support Team Leaders to develop, monitor, and review practice aimed at improving outcomes for service users, including children
  • Work collaboratively with external services and agencies, and develop strong stakeholder relationships across the sector
  • Develop existing programs and evaluate outcomes for continuous improvement, as well as drive new business development
  • Identify, manage, and monitor risks to service delivery, quality, staff wellbeing, and Child Safeguarding
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field, or significant relevant experience
  • Proven experience managing budgets and developing reports
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team, including professional supervision
  • Experience working with culturally diverse families and communities
  • Proven experience with complex strategic planning, program management, and delivery
  • Current driver's licence
