About the Role
The Physiotherapist position is a key role within the Adult Health team at Alfred Health, a leading healthcare provider in Melbourne's inner southeast suburbs. As a Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality short-term physiotherapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient support
- Liaise with relevant agencies to coordinate, facilitate, and communicate patient treatment and outcomes
- Be involved with physiotherapy student supervision
Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia and adherence to continuing professional development requirements
- At least three years of experience, including demonstrated physiotherapy clinical experience relevant to the community health sector
- Current Victorian driver's license
