About the Role

As the Human Resource Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's HR functions.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a renowned transport organisation, with the potential for an extension beyond the initial term.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising roles, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding
  • Manage employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution
  • Maintain accurate HR records and systems
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Assist with HR reporting and analysis as required
  • Draft and send contracts as needed
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in a similar HR Business Partner role
  • Sound knowledge of HR practices and legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Degree in Human Resources or currently studying towards a relevant qualification
