About this role: Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work as a full-time Assistant in Perth, AU. This position provides exceptional customer service and ensures the fresh produce section is well-stocked, presented and maintained to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of fresh fruit and vegetables
  • Maintain a tidy, clean and visually appealing produce section for customers
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, offering recommendations and answering queries
  • Place and unpack deliveries, rotate stock and maintain appropriate stock levels
  • Adhere to health, safety and food hygiene procedures
  • Collaborate with the wider retail team to provide a seamless shopping experience
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in fresh produce or supermarket environment
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in fresh produce or supermarket retail
  • A genuine passion for fresh, quality produce and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Good physical fitness to perform tasks such as lifting, moving and stacking produce
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20kg repeatedly throughout shift
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, enthusiastic and reliable approach to work
  • A valid right to work in Australia
