We are seeking a skilled Fresh Produce Associate to join our dedicated team in Perth, Australia.

As a full-time Fresh Produce Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service by offering recommendations and answering queries.
  • Ensuring the produce section is well-stocked, presented, and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Assisting with stock management and ordering of fresh fruit and vegetables.
  • Placing and unpacking deliveries, rotating stock, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
  • Collaborating with the wider retail team to provide a seamless shopping experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or retail environment.
  • A genuine passion for fresh, quality produce and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Good physical fitness to perform tasks such as lifting, moving, and stacking produce.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 20kg repeatedly throughout shift.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and reliable approach to work.
  • A valid right to work in Australia.
