About the Job Description

The Student Progression Officer is responsible for providing high-level administrative support and specialist student advice on course progression, leading to graduation. This includes contributing to the continual improvement of student administrative processes to positively impact student outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with complex rules and policies and communicate these clearly
  • Attention to detail and computer skills
  • Time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to tailor responses to clients from diverse backgrounds
