Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This part-time role offers flexible working arrangements, making it ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance while contributing to a high-performing organisation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the company maintains compliance with relevant quality standards. Their attention to detail, systems knowledge, and proactive approach will support the ongoing improvement of our business operations.
The Role:
- Implementation of the company quality system (i.e. internal audits & reports, external audit preparation, maintaining quality system registers).
- Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety protocols (i.e. maintain records, review company OHS policy and procedures).
- Assist management with safety & policy compliance requests for external tender applications.
- Ongoing maintenance of staff induction registers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality systems management.
- Sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety compliance and relevant legislation.
- Effective communication skills (internal team, external stakeholders).
