Relief Manager - Operations Lead
">Kooii Apartments seeks an experienced Relief Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the company's continued success.
Responsibilities include overseeing all day-to-day operations including staffing, guest services and financial management, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction, implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures, identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency, effectively communicating with and managing a team of dedicated hospitality professionals, collaborating with the broader management team to achieve company objectives, minimum 3 years' experience in a similar relief or management role within the hospitality industry, relief or management experience specifically within serviced apartments, demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and reports, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have managed a team of 6-10 staff members, have a strong understanding of serviced apartment operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance and financial management, and be able to implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
