Day-to-Day Venue Operations Manager

This role offers a chance to take ownership of day-to-day venue operations, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and be able to manage a small team with confidence.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and has a strong work ethic.
The successful applicant will also have solid communication skills and be able to handle multiple responsibilities at once.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee daily operations to ensure consistent levels of service and product delivery.
- Manage a small team, including rostering, timesheet approval, assistance with recruitment, and onsite leadership.
- Asset management of the facility to maintain a safe environment and deliver consistent products.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, including RSA, OHS, and local council requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, or recreation industries.
- Solid communication skills and customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in supervising or managing small teams.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid responsible service of alcohol certificate (RSA) or willingness to obtain one.
