We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Officer to lead the day-to-day management of employment enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Offer timely and accurate operational human resource guidance on employment queries, aligning with our HR framework.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis within our HR framework to develop advice and recommendations on employment matters.
  • Prepare official correspondence on various employment topics for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate complex situations and escalate to the Manager or Principal Advisor as necessary.

This role involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, working in a specialist team with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to provide high-quality support to our Workforce Advisory team.

The successful Workforce Officer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert guidance on employment matters. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
