Expert Nursing Educator for Surgical Team

A Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) is sought to coordinate and deliver clinical nursing education programs at hospital level. The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision to support the development of evidence-based, person-centred nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and deliver clinical nursing education programs at ward/service level.
- Evaluate education outcomes and provide clinical supervision to nursing staff.
- Support development and implementation of evidence-based, patient-centred care in line with health system standards and policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance education and practice.
The Clinical Nurse Educator will work closely with the surgical team to develop and implement education programs that meet the needs of patients and staff. They will also contribute to the development of policy and procedures to ensure best practice in clinical nursing care.
Requirements- Registered Nurse with current registration.
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in clinical nurse education and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
