Legal Assistant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Corporate M&A team in Sydney.

As a Legal Assistant, you will support three Partners with some assistance throughout the wider team.

The role offers a balance of high-performing pace and an approachable, supportive mentoring approach.

  • Manage two busy diaries, prompt lead times, and prepare meeting packs.
  • Act as the gatekeeper to these diaries as the Partners' time is in high demand by clients and throughout the firm.
  • Data and matter management: open, maintain, and close files.
  • Undertake monthly legal billing administration.
  • Book and arrange travel.
