Enterprise Architecture Leader

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking leader to shape the enterprise architecture across high-impact initiatives, including our Finance Transformation Program and critical business and technology projects. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the design of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that support long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture workstream within the Finance Transformation Program.
  • Define and evolve the enterprise architecture to support scalability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Lead architectural decisions that drive automation, optimisation, and data integration.
  • Translate corporate strategy into actionable architecture roadmaps and future-state designs.
  • Provide hands-on leadership in the design of complex, integrated solutions across platforms and infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and select technology solutions aligned with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-domain solutions.
  • Strong technical foundation in software development, systems integration, and enterprise platforms.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative, resilient, and adaptable approach to transformation delivery.
