Senior Legal Leadership Opportunity

The role of Senior Legal Leader offers the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing legal function across Asia Pacific (APAC).

  • Lead the Legal Function: Establish and execute a strategic plan for the APAC legal team, aligning with business objectives and driving commercial excellence.
  • Principal Advisor: Serve as trusted counsel to the regional executive team, providing expert advice on strategic growth initiatives and commercial decision-making.
  • Commercial Contracts: Oversee complex commercial contracts, intellectual property, licensing, supplier agreements, and dispute resolution.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Support regional M&A activity in collaboration with the Corporate Development team.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Partner with Compliance to manage regulatory matters, incident response, and legal risk across APAC jurisdictions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the regional Commercial team, fostering high performance, professional development, and operational excellence.
