We have an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with at least 1 year of PQE to join our Financial & Professional Risks team.
Our team advises leading domestic and international insurers on high-profile and complex matters, shaping the future of financial lines litigation.

What We Offer

Our Financial & Professional Risks team is structured to give you exposure and flexibility.


You will handle various aspects of financial lines litigation, including:
  • Construction-related professional indemnity matters : Handling disputes involving engineers, architects, and building professionals.
  • Solicitors' professional indemnity claims and environmental liability matters : Providing expert advice on claims against legal practitioners and issues related to environmental liabilities.
  • Coverage aspects of financial lines : Advising on high stakes indemnity disputes and policy interpretation matters.
  • Directors and Officers Liability : Defending directors and officers in claims related to their corporate roles.
  • Fidelity and Crime and Financial Institutions : Addressing issues of fraud, employee dishonesty, and financial misconduct, while advising banks, investment firms, and other financial entities on liability and compliance matters.
  • Management and Professional Liability : Handling claims involving mismanagement, employment practices, fiduciary duties, and defending various professionals, including accountants and consultants, against negligence claims.
